Once you have approved a logo design concept and requested revisions or modifications, refunds are no longer applicable. Refunds will not be provided after the design has been finalized and the final files have been delivered to you.

1.3 Miscommunication or Incomplete Information:

We strive to ensure clear communication with our customers. However, if the final design does not meet your expectations due to miscommunication or incomplete information provided by you during the project, a refund will not be issued.

1.4 Unauthorized Usage:

If we discover that the design files we have provided to you have been used without authorization or are being used in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, a refund will not be issued.
